본 조비 첫 베스트 앨범 수록곡으로 본조비 발표 싱글 중 가장 많이 팔린 대표곡이다. 떠나 버린 그녀를 항상 사랑하겠다는 순애보적인 발라드곡이다. 원래는 게리 올드만 주연의 1993년 영화 Romeo Is Bleeding.(로미오 이즈 블리딩)을 위해 만들어 졌지만 존본조비가 영화가 마음에 들지 않아 취소하고 만다. 노래가사 첫 구절이 This Romeo is bleeding도 영화를 고려한 가사다. 그리고 이 노래를 잠시 잊고 있다 다음해 베스트 앨범 Cross Road을 녹음할 때 친구가 발견하고 존을 설득해 트랙에 넣은 후 큰 성공을 거둔 일화가 전해진다. 베이스 주자 알렉 존 서치가 마지막으로 참여한 곡이기도 하다. 본 조비 노래 중에서 특히 가장 많은 사랑을 받고 있는 락 발라드로 여러 유럽 국가에서 1위를 기록했고 빌보드 최대 4위, 영국 2위를 기록했다. 1995년 연간 전체 빌보드 핫 17위 곡 (Billboard Year-End Hot 100 singles of 1995)
