뮤직비디오는 캐나다의 영화 감독 자비에 돌란이 연출을 맡았다. IMAX 카메라로 찍은 최초의 뮤직 비디오로 미국의 배우 트리스턴 와일즈가 아델의 헤어진 연인을 연기했다. 뮤직비디오 공개 첫 24시간동안 유튜브 2770만 조회 수를 기록해, 종전 1위였던 테일러 스위프트의 "Bad Blood"의 기록을 꺾고 신기록을 세웠다
