2CD 첫 트랙곡 Scream은 잭슨의 누나 쟈넷 잭슨과 함께 부른 곡으로 빌보드핫 5위까지 기록했다 많은 국가에서 1위 혹은 상위권을 기록했다. 1993년시작된 '성추행 혐의 사건'에 대한 자신의 심정을 폭발적으로 표현한 곡으로 힙합, 팝, 락, 펑크, R&B 등의 장르의 곡으로 그는 그래미 어워드,아메리칸 뮤직 어워드에서 상을 수여받았다. 뮤직비디오는 700만달러를 들여 제작되었는데, 가장 비싼 제작비로 기네스 북에 등재되었다. 그리고 MTV 뮤직 어워드, 그래미 어워드에서 상을 받았다.
