1961년 연간 전체 빌보드 핫 4위 곡 (Billboard Year-End Hot 100 singles of 1961) 서정적인 로큰롤 1세대의 거장 로이 오비슨의 통상 3번째 Monument레이블과는 2번째 정규앨범 수록곡으로. 1961년 빌도드핫 2위까기 갔었고 1961년 전체 4위를 기록한 히트곡이다. 1987년 영화 Hiding Out의 사운드트랙으로 K.D. Lang과 듀엣 버전으로 재녹음해 발매하기도 했는데 그레미 어워드에서 Best Country Collaboration with Vocals상을 수상하기도 했다. 2002년 ‘그래미 명예의 전당(Grammy Hall of Fame Award)’에 헌정된 곡으로 2004년 롤링스톤지 선정 위대한 노래 69위에 선정된 곡 (Rolling Stone Magazine “500 Greatest Songs of All Time"). 1980년 돈 맥린을 포함해 많은 가수들이 리메이크한 팝의 명곡이다.
