패닉! 앳 더 디스코 (2008~2009년 초반: 패닉 앳 더 디스코, 패닉!, 패닉, 밴드)는 미국 네바다 주 라스베이거스에서 2004년 결성된 락 밴드로 현 라인업은 보컬과 기타에 브렌든 유리, 드러머 스펜서 스미스로 이루어져 있다. 2009년 7월 7일에 기타리스트였던 라이언 로스와 베이시스트였던 존 워커가 음악적 견해 차이로 밴드를 떠나 더 영 베인즈라는 밴드를 결성했다.

패닉! 앳 더 디스코의 데뷔 앨범인 A Fever You Can't Sweat Out은, 2005년 발매되어 빌보드 차트 13위에 올랐으며, 세계적으로 2백만장의 이상의 판매고를 올렸고 두 번째 앨범인 Pretty. Odd.는 2008년 3월 25일에 발매됨과 동시에 빌보드 차트 2위에 올랐다.
